We recently had an amazing experience at this dealership. Normally we don't buy new, or deal with dealerships, but we had decided we wanted a Prius V, and saw online that Toyota of Redlands had a new 2017 at a decent price (based on CarMax and other sites). My husband tried to set up an appt online for us to come in and see it, but when he submitted the form, he got a "Page not found" screen, so we assumed it hadn't worked and just went in on our lunch hour. We ended up buying it that afternoon, and surprised our kids by picking them up in the new car and taking them out to the movies. While we were out, my husband checked his email at some point, and found that he had received a response from the dealership's online team offering the car for $2,000 less than we had just paid for it. We were shocked and disappointed, and figured we were just out the money, but decided to stop by the next day and let them know what had happened. Our salesman Cesar took our situation to Devin, his manager, who immediately made it right. We quickly redid the paperwork, and paid the online price. It was such a huge relief, and left us truly impressed with the dealership's dedication to customer satisfaction. Thank you, Toyota of Redlands!!!
