Stigma of going to the dealer is like going to the dentist; but not Redlands. I only deal with Mario Bloomfield and Derrick, they don't sell me things that I don't need and they always let me know if I can wait on a particular repair or I should get it done now in order to save money. Wait time can sometimes be long and I'm ok with that...at least I know I'm not the only one that wants to get their car work on here. Every time I go in to Toyota of Redlands I ask for his service very professional and from someone who doesn't know much about cars I get the best explication he makes sure I feel comfortable and knowledgeable with the work that is being done. Every time I come in for any service for the Tacoma, I have to ask for Derek Lilla. He's always so helpful. He makes the process quick and easy. He has me shuttled home, to work, or sometimes when I'm not busy I wait for it. He's super friendly and I wish there were more employees as dedicated as Derek.

My 15 year-old Sienna broke down on the Interstate and I had it towed at 5:20 AM to the closest Toyota dealer, Redlands Toyota. At that hour, the dealership was closed but Vasilios Arabatzis was already at work and he welcomed me into the dealership where it was warm and handled the paperwork quickly so that I could get on with my day.
